As our Year 6 pupils reached the end of their Polish MFL curriculum we were delighted to celebrate Holy Mass with them at St Michael’s Moor Street.
St Michael’s has long been a place of worship for Polish migrants in the city, dating back to the Second World War there have been regular opportunities to celebrate the Mass in the Polish language.
Our pupils read, sung, prayed and served in Polish.
A huge thank you to Fr Kystov and the congregation at St Michael’s for so warmly welcoming us into the parish and allowing the children to bring their learning to life in an authentic Catholic way.
