Pupils in Year 5 and 6 chose to give up their normal school dinner and share a simple meal of rIce and water. This was to raise funds for Cafod’s Family Fast Day and to stand in solidarity with the poor and vulnerable of our world.
It was a huge success and a valuable opportunity to reflect on the blessing in our lives and make a difference in the life of others.
