During Children’s Mental Health Week, the children were thinking about this year’s theme of connecting. The week started off with an assembly to introduce the theme.
Children were invited to come into school on the Friday wearing bright colours to raise awareness.
In their Peacemakers lesson children discussed ways to look after their mental health and how connecting with friends can help. The children then wrote affirmations and then connecting them to make a class chain.
