On Friday, Alex from the Aston Villa Foundation came to carry out four brilliant STEM workshops with our Year 6 classes.
Throughout the hour-long sessions, the children were introduced to the sphero bolts before using their programming knowledge to move the spheres around a course. They then moved on to changing the colours of the LED lights, creating emojis and adding sound effects.
Year 6 had to use perseverance and resilience to overcome obstacles when debugging the code.
