We were delighted that the Birmingham Province of the Knights of St Columba invited our Year 4 pupils to take part in their Easter art competition. We had a fantastic response and all the entries were of a very high standard.
Along with other schools in the province, our entries were judged and the winner and runner up were both from our school. The winning entry will now go forward to the next round of the national competition.
Our winner, S was selected for his great use of pointillism to create his scene of Jesus’ joyful entrance to Jerusalem, based on John’s Gospel.
