As part of our ongoing work as a School of Sanctuary, we were invited to be part of a special awarness raising publicity event hosted at BIrmingham Library.
We had the opportunity for pupils to share some of the work we have been doing and alss listen to other schools in the network alongside hearing from an asylum seeker and Cllr John Cotton.
These events are crucial to raise awareness of the harm that the new Nationality and Biorders bill will create and were part of a national week of action organised by Refugees Together.
