Year 6 enjoying their breakfast.
12 May 2014
For Year 6 children up and down the country, the month of May can be a bit stressful. The Key Stage 2 SATs test week is one that can fill students, parents and even teachers with dread.
At Abbey, we recognise that all the hard work has been done in the preparation for SATs and that the actual test week is the fun part!
We start each day during SATs week with a special Year 6 breakfast club. It is a great chance to share breakfast and chat with friends over a cup of tea.
We love it when Fr Gabby joins us to lead us in prayer and asks the Holy Spirit to guide us.
