Event - Year 6 PGL Trip to the Isle of Wight

16 to 20 May 2011

Excited, amazed, thrilled are a few words that come to mind when we think about how we feel when thinking about our fantastic week long trip to the PGL camp (Little Canada) on the Isle of Wight.

Every day was filled with fantastic activities: fencing, quadbiking, abseiling, canoeing and kayaking. The list goes on...

We competed against each other in two dragon-boats; we paddled hard and tried our best.

The trapeze was one of the last activities that we attempted. Looking anxiously at the tall wobbly pole we faced our fears and climbed to the top. Then once we'd stood on the tiny platform, we stopped, we held our breath, and leapt. We grabbed on to the trapeze before being safely lowered to the ground.

Every day was filled with fun, adrenaline pumping activities. Our PGL trip was a fantastic adventure from beginning to end.
